Memali - Which version is true?

I have spent a few hours watching an independent documentary of Memali tragedy entitled Al Fatihah Memali. That was months ago, while I was preparing for my finals. And just now I dropped by on a blog, claiming that it covers the true version of the story (ref: menyingkap perkara yang sebenar). You can read here. Again, with some of spices added here and there, the story can be said pretty much more less the same as Al Fatihah Memali covered. Just that the blog contains more stories ( I am not convinced to say that it consists of more precise story).

I had an opportunity to meet a police officer who involved in Memali tragedy. Perhaps not directly involved, when he was in charge of the command center instead of 'turun padang'. Here is the other side of the story:

The police force was to capture Ustaz Ibrahim Libya. From the source, it's true that the police force released shots to the villagers. But that was for defense purpose - where the police force member was down. The shot was first started by the villagers themselves.

The question might be in your mind now - how could the villagers, which are always claimed as weak and innocent - might own weapons and released shots to the officers? Well I have no idea either. But to think of it, there is no reason for police force to bring over 'kereta perisai' and armors if there are no threat.

The police officer whom I interviewed visited the tragedy site. From his own eyes, he witnessed the body of Ustaz Ibrahim Libya laying on the floor. He looked calm and peaceful. May Allah bless him.

Honestly I do not know the truth. I am confused. And I am hoping to know the truth.

Thermo-loving-couple

Exam is over! Well I really hope I could say that. Yet I have one more paper to go. It turns out that the previous paper I had was not so good. Well honestly, the paper was hard! Harder than what we thought it supposed to. Like Bob Ariff said 'Kalau Anthony pun cakap susah??!!!' (Btw Anthony is one of the smart guy in my school).

Talking about the I-think-I-screwed paper, MEC2407 Electomechanics, we were told by the lovely lecturer Sir Edwin Sim that thermocouple law should come out. Directly speaking, we were told to remember at least three types of the laws (out of five laws). It turned out come out, but in unexpected way! D'oh~

Btw, thermocouple is some kinda sensor ;-)

Leave that behind. Results will come out early December, then we would see the outcome of the 'random shooting'. While enjoying freedom from studying for a night before start preparing for Design II paper, I found a really weirdly interesting thing:

Nothing sounds special, right? Well the exciting part is it seems like scientists are using THERMOCOUPLE to save the world! How is that? The basic idea is, using this bloody-forced-to-remember-thermocouple, we may generate electricity from our own body! The power supplied might charge your phone battery.

The thermocouple stuff from lecture note. A nerdy lol

Now I know I learned cool stuff

Proclamation - T&C Applied

Am a Muslim. Am a Malay. Is this important to me?

Islam is my religion. My way of life. And Malay is my race. As these two entity combined, it forms an identity. My thoughts, my words, my action - these should be influenced by these two entity. As it is a form of identity. These SHOULD. However, being realistic knowing I am far away from idealistic need me to remind myself to remind whoever crosses by this writing - that I do not resemble both Islam and Malay.

Bare in mind that I am only a non-ideal human. My words are not words of Lord. My hand does not hold keris. My action not driven by holy spirit either.

Just a moderate human, who loves to share the knowledge and spirit.
